So, to help the deal with OMV, as soon as possible for the benefits of all Rakyat of Sapura Energy, Raja Shahril have to do some form of "Production Sharing Contract" with OMV too. Like selling oil to OMV at discounted price because OMV buy your assets at "Inflated Price"---just like we buy condo RM1 million which is the price of the condo 10 years later kind of thingy...."BUYING AT FUTURE PRICE"!!! That is the trick.
So hopefully with this suggestion, Raja Shahril can make the deal a success, Sapnrg gets the money, share price surge up, then PNB buy rights issue at 30 cents, everybody earning happily....Happy ending with OMV....

In Malaysia, lots of politics playing around about oil and gas assets. Petronas wants to own, Sarawak Petros wants to own, Sabah also wants to own. Everybody wants to get free money from the oil and gas fields.
Due to production sharing contract, Sapura Energy can be considered partly own the oil and gas assets with lots of oil and gas reserve to be extracted. Problem is that Sapnrg is not that good at oil and gas extraction.
If we calculate the reserve of oil and gas in the fields owned by Sapura Energy, Sapura Energy can sell those oil and gas and pay off all debts. But problem is they are slow, inefficient, just like typical Malaysian Style, not Gangnam Style, but Malaysian style, everything slow slow only.
Why Sapura Energy needs to wait until 2022 to extract oil and gas to sell. Why cannot extract now and sell---because they are really slow.....slow slow until Bank cakap hutang kena bayarla wooiii....Cepat bayar hutang la wooii....Bank nak profit hutang kena dikutip la wooii....
