Yes and no, mRNA affecting the expression of genes which can be more effective but if out of control will cause more problem. The genome expression has so many unknown and we don't know each gene and mRNA, tRNA yet. How sure are we that it didn't activate some unknown and unwanted gene expression? There is no long term safety data to show, the Moderna's vaccine was stopped due to the concern on the mental problem on two of the subjects but was clear later.
