Genting Bhd is at good value at the moment in my opinion. It's currently trading at 35% discount to its NAV (both listed & private companies & cash), based on my personal assumptions. Please take note that this is on top of an already given 30% hold co discount!
It's main asset, the Genting Singapore and Genting Malaysia is also undervalued in my opinion. The market is overselling Malaysia operation due to the budget announced last Friday, discounting entire fact that the new Genting will start full operation next year. Genting Singapore is also being sold off unneccesarily.
