I am a top ten shareholders, and I advise all small shareholders stand together vote against 2 proposals.

All small shareholder stay united and firm vote against 2 proposals, only 25% we can overturn the consolidation and RI. I already gather more than 2% to vote against the 2 proposals. It is time for us, the small shareholder to say "NO" to the 2 proposals. to let management know that they can not do whatever they wish. if through after the 15 to 1 consolidation yr share may not even worth 1 cents. take this scenario, 3 cents now, after 15 to1, it become 45cents. RI at 20 cents, yr share from 45 cents will go down to around 20 cents! In fact it may just worth less than 2 cents as now.
