@probability Thank you for further explanation on this! There's no way for hospitals to wait for 1 year for gloves. Hence, corporations without contracts can fully capitalize on spot orders.

I supposed the selling price stated in the briefing sheet is an average of different prices across the world (eg. US and BRAZIL at higher prices compared to other countries at lower prices).

So as the rate of infection keeps rising in countries especially in USA and Brazil, more higher priced gloves will be catered to them to fight the virus.

Any thoughts on this?

@freetospeak, haha up to them lah... No idea why been smashed, I owned Supermax too and I believe it can go above 20. I just told them the reality is RM1bil PAT cannot be achieve with current asp, it need to go above $200 with assumption of 100% utilization rate.

Let me tell you this. Most retailers know this is the money making machine until next year but many are either exhausted their fund or no fund to buy. We are talking about MYR18,500 per lot! How many retailers have that money to play! Even play contra has its limit cap for their client. Sadly, this is the rich get richer game. I know i am arrogant to say that!

Pre-covid Supermax avg selling price was USD 20.

6 billion gloves/1000 = 6 mil unit
6 mil * MYR 80 = RM 480,000,000 REVENUE

After covid, they streamlined and ASP for 3 months is USD 75~MYR 300

Estimated revenue Q420:
6 mil * MYR 300 = RM 1,800,000,000

Not too hard to guess?

If usd 100 revenue shld be around 2.5 billion pat is about 1.4 bill...its a bit crazy...u think ppl can beleive...thats why i never post such figure on blog...

M= Manufacturer price
DC= Distribution centre price

18/3 - 15/4 = M - USD 50 ; DC - USD 55
16/4 - 15/5 = M - USD 70 ; DC - USD 80
16/5 - 15/6 = M - USD 100 ; DC - USD 60

So you all can freely do the calculations :)

This is still not the best Quarter...yet

Aiyo Doc are you a doctor or not. Last quarter meh not coming quarter lor. If you do operation you will make so many mistakes people can die lorrr

Output: 6bil per QR = 6mil per 1000 pieces
ASP: USD 75 (Avg 3 months based on briefing sheet)

6mil * RM315 = RM 1.89 bil

Revenue: RM 1.89 bil
Cost: RM 500 mil (Add RM 100mil from previous QR)
PBT: RM 1.39 bil
PAT: RM 973 mil

Some simple calculation. May be different but according to the briefing sheet the calculation is somewhere there :) Alr mentioned many times increased in ASP is pure profit so ya enjoy weekends!

Haha paiseh my message came out after his message. I was laughing at rr88 analysis saying Bio would break 0.48 ytd and reach 0.600 by today. Demn hilarious
