Have to wait till September for PN17 results to be known. I doubt there would be any excitement until then. Even if it shoots up it will come down again.

Some people also change their ICs when they move to other localities or when they get married becos NRD requires couples to be in same locality address in order to get registered. Some people change MyKad just so their address on ICs are changed. I just cost abt RM10 or Rm12 if not mistaken and u can get it on the spot barring any unexpected circumstances.

I think many people got concept that we change mykad only once or twice in our lives. Thats not true. Actually when children are born, they have MyKid. Some people when reach 12 years old they will get a new IC too. Then when u reach 17 or 18, compulsory MyKad change. Then old people when u reach certain age u have to change Mykad too bcos facial appearance changed already. Not counting the foreign workers, some of them have the red IC. Then those people who lost their ICs is another. Actually we do change MyKad quite often. Its not really true that we just change it just once or twice in our lifetime.
