Dear all

Furtherance to the existing control measures implemented on glove stocks, the Company shall further tighten the policy for limit computation for glove stocks wef *16.07.2020*:

1. Collaterised account - 35% discount or _cap price_ of the glove stock collateral, whichever lower;

2. Normal account - clean limit of RM 100k for marginable glove stock and RM 50k for NM2/ NM3. Any excess must be covered by 1x cash and 1x marginable share.

3. Margin accounts: control measure is in placed based on _35% discount or cap price of the glove stock collateral_ and also subjected to existing inhouse haircut by stock category.

4. Call/Put warrant of glove stock have to be cash upfront or supported by sufficient cash collateral

No temp limit shall be given to purchase glove stocks, including Issuers warrant and structured warrant, if above policies are not complied with.
Nevertheless, should you need special discretion approval for your clients who are with strong financial standing, you may submit the request to ED (Mr David Lim and Mr Cheng)/ COO (Loo Chye Seong) for considerations.
