The price of BJTOTO seems to be manipulated. Just wait for privatization if you can hold.

Rich, most major shareholders accumulate the shares of a company for long term goal. I dont know what is his intention of dealing. But, could be because the share price is undervalued. Privatization might even happen if continue to be undervalued by market.
Regarding the quarter results, I believe is a positive one. Let's see 2-3 weeks later.

Certain parties might keep on emphasizing on the short term threat of GST in order to facilitate deal that is favorable to them. Excited to see in bursa announcement that the RTO is finally called off! Tgoffs is now cash rich oil and gas related company in bursa without much potential risk when oil and gas assets are cheap due to oil slump! Time to watch its new chapter.

What I am seeing is tgoffs is working towards offering integrated services from continuous acquisition and JV. It is going to be a 1 stop oil & gas 1 stop solutions and services company. It will take a long time to reflect its value on its price. We shall be looking for more projects coming in, provided tat you have the holding power. Else, you might want to seize the chance to sell off now.

If anyone of you want to buy it, you might want to assume that tgoffs is not able to get any waiver from icons offshore BOD and the quarter results of the coming quarter is not a profitable one. Please don't risk your hard earned money if you are not going to hold it for long term. Don't expect it can go up sharply in short term. In fact, be prepared if it fell to 0.20-0.30 again. Just a personal advice. As for me, II will keep accumulating no wonder how abt its price movement.

But it is obvious that its price is manipulated. Only buy if you can hold for a long time.

Look at movement of knm, thheavy, icons and etc in the past few days till now and compare it with tgoffs then you will know what i mean.

It could be due to speculators are depressing it or people just stay away from this counter due to the extended RTO.

But, many have forgotten about its existing fundamental even without the RTO as I mentioned in previous comments.

Most of other oil and gas related stocks have rebounded 20-30% since their lowest point last week. If tgoffs were to follow, it will has another 20% upside.

If you noticed, many oil and gas companies has rebounded strongly since last few days. Tgoffs is the lagger here. It could be speculators are trying to depress its price. Holding power is important if you want to buy.

I personally think can accumulate slowly if you have holding power.

Hurry to sell now if you don't have the holding power as the current market is quite ok.

If you want to get into it, think twice because it is a long term games. Its movement may not be as smooth as KNM, Sumatec, THHeavy and etc which can rebound easily with positive market sentiment.

Some facts about tgoffs:
1) Recently tgoffs sold a subsidiary at a slight discount to its book due to lossing position. Considering the same for tgoffs, it should worth around 0.50 after considering its book value at 0.51 (ended last quarter)
2) Tgoffs's cash, fixed deposit and short term investment worth around 19 cents per share
3) 200 millions of project has just been awarded. It might not be very significant but might help it to turnaround for financial results to be released end of Feb 15

Macro view
1) Oil price is trading at recent low but it might be due to a speculation or strategy imposed by US against Russia. Winter is coming and global economy is not as bad. The demand of oil is still there.

Above are just my personal view on this counter without considering about the RTO. For its to fly, catalyst such as RTO is needed. I personally suggest you to sell this counter if you don't have holding power.

It seems like the RTO will only happen in June 15. In between, there might be full of turbulence. But there is also risks that the RTO might be cancelled. To my point of view, it will go through but the share price might be manipulated. For instance, many oil and gas stocks have rebounded a lot but tgoffs is still near to its long term lowest point. A good opportunity to buy only if you have holding power till June 15. Else, forget about it or even sell it now.

This is the only page I can see solid discussion about investment. I am thinking tgoffs must have a very great potential? It makes me more excited to explore more about this company.

Agree with Edmund on his view on investment. Stop your investment if you are emotional as it is not going to help. If you are followers, your fate will be same as majority of people in retail market.
