Many thanks for the investigations on Insas and SD. Well done. An application can be in place to update the major shareholders status regularly based on the daily/weekly transaction in Bursa marketplace.

@SSS 4Q can be anytime between 1 Oct till 31 Dec 2021. In all likelihood before statutory audit ie 31 Oct.

SIR only by 4th Q, but statutory audit need to be completed by end of Oct, what’s the logic?

How will the external auditors report their opinion without having SIR?

WWW3 among themselves and minority shareholders are in a dilemma.

@Nikmon.... not forgetting the appointment of the 2 new and high caliber non exec directors...SD shored up their defence against "dark hands" or "invisible hands" with that move was very clever.... just waiting to see how KPMG will be screwed if EY clears SD of wrongdoings.

Going to be exciting to see two strong teams vying to control SD.
SD do have some value...lol

currently i prefer to purchase good counters that dumping by EPF due to it need cash for Gov i- program.. That is where u can find valuable stocks at this moment.. Taann is one of it but i have cash out recently due to it has achieved my 20% return.. now i switched to other EPF selling potential stock and wait for better return...

Well to us it's simple. There must be some intricate details blocking them from featuring the SIR. For Pak Karim who build SD from scratch, I am sure he too wants to see SD back to business as usual. But if someone wants to takeover SD by their terms, (sorry just my personal view) then there is where the tussle begins. For me, I will hodl and not buy anymore until there are clearer signs. At 0.40 it may go lower, but how low can it go? Go back to 0.37 and Karim has to force sell? Possible. Eventually it will bounce back, once things are settled.

If can release the SIR than no need force sell lo, why still keeping, or may release whatever has confirm like 5 out of the transaction are valid or priorities scope and release earlier.. top manage don't know how to priorities scope meh, give some confident to investor after 2 months of audit.........haha....it drag too long, something not right.....good luck lo

All bilis are 'kan chiong' as well. There must be some reasons for the delay. Pearlwhite has already mentioned it on last Monday that it was supposed to be featured but had a road block. Some tussle going on......hope it can be settled amicably urgently.

Pearlwhite is the Special Advisor to Pak Karim. Dark forces can join with SD to make it stronger, no need to takeover or be on the opposition side. SD Directors are all from Sarawak, if I am not mistaken, sorry correct me if I am wrong.

I really pity M'sia G rather than KPMG. If KPMG is booted out of M'sia, it would be bad for our FDI for a while until trust regains in our financial markets.

That is the conumdrum that Bursa/SC is facing now. Who to blame and how to repair the damage.

And also how to say sorry to SD.

@aleana....we are still around, we enjoy the drama and news presented by @Pearlwhite our white knight updating us everyday. If at all these facts presented are true, it's worth the wait. Now is deciding whether to add more to our portfolio to support SD.

Let SC/Bursa deal with the challenges with KPMG....we enjoy the ride.

Why is there a tussle in FMT in reporting the SIR facts of SD?

May need time to get the house in order, eventually it will be business as usual.

And today, FMT was forced to take down a video that "implies" that since the appointment of EY, and the countless briefings between SD and EY and EY with Bursa/SC, that

"NOTHING HAS BEEN DISCOVERED SO FAR THAT SUPPORTS KPMG'S CLAIMS"

What will they throw at SD next?

@pearlwhite right now we are holding around 20 mil of shares distributed in 6 different accounts............ each fund has different average with the highest 45cent.........

50 million shares exchanged in off market transaction on 2/9. Today, used to dump in open market to push SD down.

Dont think your moves goes unnoticed.

You cannot stop what is inenvitable. SD's results are excellent and SIR resolved with no fault on SD.

Results for the 18th Months ending 30th June 2021 (after compromise)

Revenue : RM9.2 billion
PBT : RM1.1 billion
Cash and Cash Equivalents : RM2.7 billion.

Current govt needs GPS in Parliament to support a vote of confidence. Best to win friends over than to start an enemy.

A few seconds ago, another 8-9,000 lots throw to buyer. Just watching the transaction gives us the chills.

If you watch this morning, it's the big boys or shorties throwing in 9-10,000 lots to the buyer, we sardines just watch helplessly. Let the owners keeping buying and hopefully some role play will happen one day.

Glove counters are here to stay and still earning millions if not billions. Good dividends.

Where are shorties keep attacking glove counters?

Company is raking in billions, ikan bilis keep buying, share price keep falling.....lost for words...
