dragon, u r right about the loan but PP also got the approval already at the last AGM... so, Suma got the option to choose between the two and they surely have weigh both before deciding which one to use for the timebeing lorr.....

my goodness.... please read the attachment properly and thoroughly.... where did the document says that the placement is at 14 sen? It is going to be at 14 sen ONLY AND ONLY if Suma share price based on vwap for 5 market days preceeding the placement stood at below 14 sen ie the par value of Suma....
