Noraini, there is nothing actually that is holding them back. From what we gather, they are really focussed with schedules and time-frames. Based on our estimates, they are working towards preparation of fireworks display for year-end 2013 and a bigger fireworks for the forthcoming CNY's celebration. We could check this with our Captain.... :)
