If u r a full time employee. pls check and read your staff handbook, code of conduct and code of ethics. Somemore if u r the govt servants or employee of Govt Agencies or its companies/subsidiaries like PMB then u r subject to all Treasury's (MoF) circulars. i hv never seen a private company that allows u to be employed full time with other company whilst serving on full time basis with it.
