Waiting CallbuyDestroyer to come & blow down the price so I could buy in more cheaper price. Hehehehehe......

Tomorrow will get 1.1 cents dividend and price gone up abit today, not bad lah......hehehehe

GFM - 股东大会

今天笔者参加了GFM 的股东大会，地点在Royal Chulan Damansara 的五星级酒店。出席人数并没有很多，所以整个流程都属于比较快速，大会流程大约接近２个小时左右。

所有大会的Resolution 都高票通过，大会上股东都显得想当含蓄，并没有发问问题，但在等待Resolution 结果的短短30 分钟，股东们便开始与管理层有更深的讨论。笔者也有私下与 COO 与 Financial Controller 了解更多的详情。

在此与大家分享一些简要:

1. 公司宣布股息1.1043 仙，ex-date 是7月５日。

2. 很多股东有询问管理层关于公司在全面收购KP Mukah 后的高债务问题。管理层似乎也非常了解股东们的顾虑，管理层表示除了在之前做了Private Placement / Sukuk 之外，他们也积极得与KP Mukah 之前借贷的发展银行会面讨论，以得到更好的借贷率。根据管理层的资料，整个会面讨论都相当乐观，Finance Cost 很可能就在Q3 得到改善，进一步减少公司的借贷成本。

3. 公司虽然有很高的借贷，但是管理层表示它并不影响其现金流。因为在收购KP Mukah 的企业活之前，他们已全面纳入现金流的考量。KP Mukah 的 业务属于非常高Profit Margin 的业务，所以资金周转方面还是在能控制的范围。

4. 公司的Trade Receivable Turnover 也得到了想到好的改善。截至2019年 3月，公司的Trade Receivable Turnover 进步到了52天 (之前需要大概61 天左右).而这个领域的平均天数是介于92-100 天左右。

5. 由于之前收购案的关系，公司之前的主板转换的企业活动被令暂时延迟。如今公司已完成收购案，公司今年也将继续主板转换的企业活动。

6。 公司所有的合约更新也是100%,而大多数的新合约都能够更高的营业额。

7. 展望未来，公司的营业模式都着重在 Organic Growth (new contract新合约) 与 InOrganic Growth(Acquisition收购) 的模式。不过管理层表示，接下来的收购案都属于小型收购，不会大刀阔斧。

在大会结束后，所有的股东们还被邀请出席Raya Open House, 股东们能自由享用各式各样的美食。

总结这次的股东大会，笔者认为GFM 目前处于比较激进的扩张模式。公司在纳入收购公司后的营业额与盈利，2019 财政年应该会是不错的一年。不过公司还是必须很好的处理其高债务的情况，40%的Dividend Policy 始终还是一个回馈股东不错的方式。

1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of GFM Services wishes to announce that the Company had on 8
October 2018 acquired one (1) ordinary share representing 100% equity interest in Dynasty
Harmony Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1278919-D) (“DHSB”) from Mr. Ng Hock Tiam at a

3. FINANCIAL EFFECT OF THE ACQUISITION
3.1 Issued and Paid-up Share Capital and Net Tangible Assets
The Acquisition will not have any material effect on the Issued and Paid-up
Share Capital and Net Tangible Assets of GFM Services Group for the
financial year ending 31 December 2018.
3.2 Earnings
The Acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings
of GFM Services Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
3.3 Gearing
The Acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on the gearing
of GFM Services Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
4. APPROVAL
The Acquisition does not require the approval of the Shareholders of GFM Services.
5. DIRECTORS' AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS
None of the Directors and/or Substantial Shareholders of the Company and/or persons
connected with such Directors or Substantial Shareholders have any interest, direct or
indirect in the Acquisition.
This announcement is dated 8 October 2018.

This kenanga fund house alwasy give reverse call with others. Everybody call buy on gkent,kerjaya,kesm than he call sell. Then everybody call sell on mrcb,cmmt then he call buy. Until now if we follow their call, sure lose until father/mother also cannot recognise.

Better put in fd, got 3.5% in 1 year

Sold all my holding of mother and free wb, with profit only 3% in 1 year. Wasting time....haizzzzzz

Had hold this counter one year ago with 50% profit, then back to zero again even with free warrant.
