丰隆研究表示，沙布拉能源2018财政年9个月由盈转亏，主要受到工程与建筑业务贡献趋疲，以及钻井使用率减少抵销能源业务转强利多。

展望未来，该行认为，沙布拉能源3大核心业务中仅有勘探和生产有望捎来惊喜，其中分拆能源臂膀将是公司短期主要催化因素所在，工程与建筑赚益萎靡不振，而钻井竞标前景也依旧疲弱。

目前，该公司工程与建筑订单为160亿令吉，其中12亿令吉将在第四季兑现，预见全年营业额将企稳于45亿令吉水平，同时公司也积极竞标95亿美元合约，其中半数处于竞标后期。

沙布拉能源第三季钻井使用率处于38%历史低位，但丰隆研究相信一旦SKD Alliance在今年4月开始执行新合约，使用率将随之改善。

“不过，钻井供过于求，短期情况也难显著改善，预见业务前景依旧严峻。”

整体来看，丰隆研究相信沙布拉能源短期逆风环绕，在考量马币走强、低订单填补和低钻井使用率后，预见集团2018至2020年将蒙亏，连带调低目标价至67仙，但该公司将是油价走强的直接受惠者，因此维持“守住”评级
