6556 Annjoo AGM 之花花絮絮!

今天参加AGM的收获很多，
有了更多的资讯，对分析很有用处。
也认识到了一些新朋友，
Dato 林的业绩，市场分析够详细，
听出耳油!

今年的AGM没有gift,
但是有早茶和丰盛的午宴。
据坐在我身边的老先生和老太太说，
他们虽然去了很多AGM，
有午宴吃的也是第一次见到。
更多时候是自助餐，
所以常常见到抢食物的画面。

言归正题，Dato 林先分析了2016年的市场，
2016年上半年，钢铁业赚钱主要是中国开始了
5年的去产能计划。
2016年下半年，中国钢铁进一步高涨，
铁砂和煤大涨，因为澳洲铁砂和煤出产国发生了水灾。
然后，MITI 开始了保护岁200天。

Dato 林去年说他预计基建工程会接踵而至，
答案是从去年到现在都是一再展延。
所以，从去年下半年到目前的需求都是疲弱的，
营业额提高不了，所以盈利无法更好。
虽然工程得标的都宣布七七八八了，
但是工程还没完全启动。
他预计2017年开斋节后大基建会启动了，
这样需求才会真正的起来。

除了基建，另一个大户是房地产。
这方面的需求很差，没有见到太多的改善。
而且，这些买家是那家便宜就跟那家买的。
每间排屋的长钢用量大约是2-3吨，视乎设计。
所以，rebar 只占了排屋很少的建设成本。
屋子涨价跟长钢无关。

讲到这里，插播一下，
Dato 林说有些基金问他，
Annjoo 什么时候回到Syariah list.
他们有兴趣投资，但是条规阻挡了。
当时，Dato 林说明天26/5/2017
SC 会宣布Annjoo 是否可以回归Syariah list。

今天晚上，25/5/2017 SC已经提早宣布
Annjoo 重回Syariah list。
2017年3月到4月被迫出场的基金，
也许得在更高的价位回收了。
此外，外国基金的持股份额越来越高，
从少于3%到目前的11%左右。

接着，分析了中国的长钢和扁钢。
正常的情形是每吨的扁钢HRC比较贵，
因为生产过程比较复杂。
但是中国第二波去产能是消灭高频炉Induction furnace,
直接导致了向来比扁钢便宜一些的长钢，价格超越了扁钢。
这是不正常的现象，所以中国的长钢很贵。

四月保护税继续后，长钢进口直接减少到低点。
以前从中国进口，之后从土耳其和伊朗进口，
现在全部都很贵了，所以进口很少了。
然而， 大马本地的长钢价格目前因为需求疲劳，
售价只有RM2000左右， 跟中国相比居然每吨便宜RM400。
而且也是东南亚最便宜的，所以安裕也有少量出口了一些。
天气方面，目前大马很潮湿，多雨。
也影响了工程的进度，降低了长钢的需求。

写到这里，发觉文章有点长了。
其他的资料会在接下来的文章分享，
毕竟Lionind 和 Masteel气也交出了好成绩。
而我还没时间研究。
以Dato 林的一句话作为结语，
林老板说可以期待2017交出2016更好的成绩。
所以，中长期投资者可以继续考虑放著，
等明年再打算。

Answer: Steel at PE 10 consider high because steel is 重型工业 that need alot of capital and high gearing. However, these 3 years will change all the steel to net cash company especially 4 big long steel annjoo, ssteel, lion and masteel.

Profit improved, pare down debt, cash increase, re-rating the PE to 13 - 15 by this 3 years

Duit sifu is the pioneer to call buy AYS at below 30c when nobody notice in 2016. He even write a very detail article on AYS. Thumb up duit sifu.

Annjoo的2017年第一季度财报终于出来了，



对于安裕今天高开走底，
其实这是第三次了，
16/8/2016 和22/2/2017
加上今天，都是业绩公布的时候。
谁在里面动手脚，
就是可以提早知道业绩的那群人。
这些抽水的操作家，是躲不过的，
当作交过路费吧。

当然，投机者和部分有经验的投资者也会这招，
这种快钱就给他们赚走了。
至于昨天的安裕，
今天的安裕，
和明天的安裕，
其实都是一样的。
等待的是投行提升price target，

不要指望散户会是高价股的主角，
只有一批又一批的散户离去，
一批又一批的机构或投资基金进驻，
股价才会越来越高。

而公司能够稳定持续的维持良好的盈利，
又能稳定的派息，
这才是机构和投资基金需要的。
