Today's Ekovest are stronger than in year 2017 in term of land bank, healthier balance sheet with cash in hand 800 million, cash cow with 3 highway in hand (Duke 1, Duke 2 and Duke 3) and Tan Sri dream is to turn Ekovest into a 10 billion company (currently are only 2.5b) by year 2021. (he made this statement in year 2016)

在股票行业那么久，总是有一些公司，因为一些“莫名其妙”的理由上涨，近几个月的JAKS应该算一只。

还记得去年年底课程中，曾推荐学生们吸纳JAKS新发售的凭单，主要原因是大股东争权及股价大跌，以及越南发电厂的故事。后来他们有没有买到我就不得而知，不过我本身在凭单上涨一倍后变套利，毕竟这家公司大股东也不是什么善男信女，执行力也有待加强。

但过去一个月JAKS股价再度进入涨势，短短一个月上涨50%，距离一年低点翻了近2倍。散户和投行给出的原因是越南发电厂接近完工，预计会推高盈利。

一家公司股价无端走高在股市中如家常便饭，可能有人知道内幕先进去买票，或炒家故意“放风”推高股价。但JAKS这次上涨的“表面原因” - 越南发电厂项目即将完成，理论上明明是个坏消息，何来推高股价之说？

据了解，在国内建筑工程放缓后，JAKS过去一年的盈利都是靠这个发电厂项目撑起的（公司董事过去与前朝政府有关系，你懂的）。若这个项目如期或提早完成，明年的建筑盈利肯定会下跌。而发电厂早期需要时间测试然后才能分阶段投入运作，一开始没有亏损都要偷笑了。

这让我想起2017年时，全球塑料包装的需求大增，导致这些公司大举扩充生产线，投资者看到后也信心满满追高这些公司（SCGM/TOMYPAK）。结果后来才发现投资生产线会导致初始亏损，及需要时间消化这些新产能（这个不是common sense来的吗？！），导致股价兵败如山倒。

希望这次只是我杞人忧天，JAKS很快会公布一些利好消息支撑股价，不然很多散户又会再受伤。
