The check point for this stock is upon operational of the mall and how much they can generate rental/lease income per year and also appreciation of the property value. If not mistaken, this stock was recommended by Mr OTB earlier. Trust me as far as viability of the mall is concerned, it should be much better than ONE BORNEO MALL.
