目前早盘依旧有如平日，除了一些panic sell。所以真的猜不到隔壁的报告。。庄家肯定趁机玩。

明天的kpower/scib股价波动也给不到答案的，因为星期五下午的卖盘没有明显的大户丢到完的交易。
可能明天下午就出公告了，然后午盘恢复交易。
如果老板再拖也只有一个原因（要快点拿到子弹），不然我想不到再拖的可能性了。
若要卖股走人更加不可能拖。

Yu_and_mee, 我也认同你的看法，有贵票在手的，其实我个人觉得先离场会比较好，报告没事也是可以买回的啊。
目前kpower手头上的合约，有不少是和政府有关，当然很多都是ohp那边得到然后转颁给kpower。
（这种作法在我国/中东其实不出奇）
所以接下来的两三个业绩很重要。如果现金流有好转，应收债和务在健康水平，那再来选择要不要投资也不迟。

这次serba事件，肯定不是最后一次，接下来可能也会有其他公司中的，所以买股都是有风险，说不定你看起来稳定安全的公司突然变下一个serba。

最重要有自己的资金管理，若你真的亏很多在这个股，就计算你亏了以后，能不能等？这笔钱会不会随时要用到，如果能等，那可以保留。
我相信这次serba事件会让很多auditor更严格，而kpower肯定会更加注意他们的资金风险管理，避免被人质疑。

Kpower audited report都出了，的确没问题，只是project没有如期拿到2b，所以接下来的增长很重要。
至于隔壁的sir，我觉得还是50/50，没什么人知道消息那种，不然scib也不会在拜五早上起，这两个股价若拜一还是跌，也只是市场在还没有答案之前先离场，如果你看回星期五kpower的transaction, 超过100k股的transaction也不多，可以猜测没什么大户抛售，不然不会只跌几分。
Serba的transaction 买的都有差不多45%，不像是知道不好消息狂抛售那种情况。
如果不是午盘停止交易，我觉得可能还会被某人推上来，不过这已经触犯了交易的某条例。

Kfbusjd, 个人看法啦，是我的话，如果本钱在10楼以上的就会先卖完，如果真的没事了，之前卖一张，就买回两三张，开市快快买。这样或许可以拉低很多原本的本钱。若有事的话，你就少亏很多了。

If not mistaken, before a director buy shares, he need to give notice to bursa stated his intention to deal his shares.
So it could be the reason triggered suspension after he bought shares. I dont know, just my guess.

现在最可怜的隔壁serba玩contra的，假设真的不继续交易，他们要怎么办？

Chyeoh1972, 那两个之前已经一直泄下来了不过也没有limit down过。大户应该不会那么容易中margin，散户很多也是有赌的心态，有人买有人卖，正常现象。
不过看看有没有人在低价位大量扫票，可以大概猜到隔壁的报告，不过庄家不会那么容易放过这个机会，毕竟庄家肯定有在里面，没票的不要傻傻去接票，等报告出了才考虑要不要进也不会迟的。

@Yu_and_mee , honestly, many so called directors sold the warrants for grant. I understand he sold those warrants to buy shares of serba, but you know that when you push up a share price then bonus issue with warrants is legal but unethical way to attract buyers. The way he bought serba share early this year i think was purely attract investors with their project on hand etc. but still, their debt and cashflow were always big problems. On their accounting, previously IB all gave 2.30 above TP, they are professional and well trained, even they cant realized if there were any suspicious figures in their earlier QR, so retailers might not aware of the risks.

No matter the report is good or bad, I hope this can at least send message the other 2 companies to have a better risk management on their receivable, payable and cashflow.

Thats the problem, he sold scib and kpower warrants to buy serba share from 1.6x all the way to 1.93 earlier this year.
And he said "warrants" is a bonus for directors.
Thats how he earn and in the same time mother shares percentage remained unchanged.
Even if the report is positive, their cashflow still a very big problem.

Update是10月21号才拿到，不是外面疯传9月30号就知道但不要不公布那个假消息。理应最快22号下午可以公布了，可能早盘卡林买了一百万股就trigger到了bursa，应该就是这个原因而被停止交易。
如果要出报告才可以交易，理应拜五早上就直接被停了。不过现在真的变成出了报告才可以交易了。
所以很大可能星期一就会公布了，希望是下午就公布，午盘恢复交易，不然那些玩contra的真的很可怜。哈哈

如果我没记错, Kpower的散户% 很高一下，所以股价的波动肯定很大。散户往往是什么都不知情的，所以如果隔壁一直不出报告，这个股只会一直下跌，因为散户基本会选择先卖，至少你可以保留你的资金。

其实如果uncertainty, 有票的丢票会比较好，拜五午市已经看得到很多人都先丢票了。如果报告好的话，再买回也不迟。不过隔壁那个被停止交易，我不觉得是因为不立刻出报告而导致的。如果我没记错，一个董事如果要交易必须先报告给bursa说有intention to deal。可是某人没有，就直接卖儿子买妈妈，这样其实已经触犯了某条例，可不是小事。
