It is an expected result. There are only 3 running projects, and two of them just launched.
Seems like most revenue from Astoria, to me it is a surprise because that area is over supplied, but looks like not as bad I thought.

Nobulshit, I think major shareholder worry more than anyone if the price keep going down. They should have enough bullets due to the right issue.

I think the management of this company will support the price at current level. Even if the company lose money in coming report, they will still use the accounting tricks to beautify it. On the other hand, if we know that is their baseline, probably a small investor should follow instead of go against them.

Nobulshit, the answers should be in the QR report. As far as I can remember, the company did not launch new projects (except the recent one in December 2017) for almost 2 years, which means that it only depended on Dsara Foresta alone, which is not enough to cover the operational expenses. For the past 2 QR, some of the property companies including L&G incur operational loss, but to make the QR report looks better, they revalue the land Bank.For L&G, it included one time compensation from gov who acquire its land for Mrt development.
All these activities including the newly or about to launch projects will only produce cash after a while, but in the short term L&G still have to pay for all the operational expenses. Revalue land Bank definitely cannot generate cash.
I did not revisit the QR reports, but hope it explains something at least from business and accounting perspective.

We should have different opinion in the forum for discussion.
I am not surprise of this company's net cash flow from operation is negative in 2017, because the company did not launch projects for long.
On the other hand, it is a good thing because they can launch projects which suits the market needs soon.

The coming QR may not look good, but they might revalue the land bank, which they did in the past quarter. They only have few projects in pipeline, operation wise I think gonna lose money.
But since the major shareholders bought lots of shares at current price, and it is already under value, they will support the share price.
It is up to the small investors to dump, I don't see any impacts. Property shares can only pick up after election.

The actual loss is more if we consider the price drop after the announcement of right issue, which is from 37.5 to 31.5 cents.
Anyway, I still think that they may announce 2 cents of dividend end of July or Aug, based on the history.

Major shareholders stake increase from 30 - 33 is not much, although I believe they will use proxies. I think the coming results won't be good, but domestic consumption and bank borrowing starting to pick up and property may hit the bottom.

Thomas, if under subscribe Mayland will undertake all the minimum required RI.
I think that the scale of the RI is too huge, and there is no reason to ask shareholders
to fork out so much, given that L&G has so much cash and the outlook of property market is bad.

Last week there was a block of 3-4m shares dumped by fund. Not only retailers, fund also cut loss.
