By right, the whole plot of land to be disposed is worth more than RM 200 million (including revaluation)..

Because warrant is trading at high premium 50%. Exercise price RM 0.84, and warrant price RM 0.30 equivalent to RM 1.14 at mother share.

Notion mother share is just 75 cents range, and the incoming series of corporate action such as bonus issue, and future dividend payment is all for mother share. Warrant enjoy 0 of it..

So do you think smart investor want to pay for mother share or warrant?
Of cuz mother share is the way forward...

If notion goes to RM 1.40, the market capitalization is only like RM 500m, convert to USD, it is just a mere USD 120m company which is dealing with supplies to great companies like Airbus and Boeing which is worth multi billion..

Take example for Greatec, UWC.. all these have similar revenue, but lower NTA are charging higher and higher.. That alone makes Notion cheap as hell..

Still cheap even though already up 30%..
Because the market capitalization is still below the RM 500m mark
