Really a creative accounting. Hibiscus is accounting to make profit look much better but hengyuan is opposite. Inventories increase 1.1 billion compared to last quarter and 2 times of last year same quarter. Typical China man company press down profit to avoid tax

I depend on my accountant friend to help me on this matter.
We do not expect so high losses. We expect on 280 million.
We also do not expect inventory loss of 131 million.

MOPS Mogas 95 - $81.284
MOPS Gasoil - $83.933
Brent Crude - $74.06

3:2:1 crack spread = ($162.57 + $83.93 - $222.18) / 3 = $8.11

$8.11 crack spread still not happy? Oh that is not accurate because hengyuan is on FIFO. They hold inventory for a month? Ok. Lets use 22/3/18 Brent Crude price as cost @ $68.91.

3:2:1 crack spread = ($162.57 + $83.93 - $206.73) / 3 = $13.26
