The closing price of Jaks is at 0.645 on 26/11/2020.
Do you know what the share price is before right issues ?
Answer :
5,000 shares of Jaks at 0.645 = 3,225
8,000 shares of Jaks at 0.645 = 5,160
4,000 shares of Jaks-WC 0.38 = 1,520
Total amount = 9,905
Less right issue at 0.22 = 8,000*220 = 1,760
Net amount = 8,145
Actual share price before right issue = 8,145/5 = 1.63.
Those bought Jaks shares in 2019 around 1.20 to 1.30 level, they are making money now.
I hope they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Based on the above study on H1N1 pandemic in 2009, even though the vaccine is approved by WHO, the share price of Topglov still continues to move up north in the next 10 months.
Currently, WHO has not approved any effective vaccine yet. A lot of talking without proven results.
Please note all vaccines approved by WHO in 2009, none of them is effective until today.

I am a disciplined investor, I follow a set of rules to guide me.
If the stock cannot pass my stock selection criteria, I just ignore it.
I do not accept exceptional rule.
I need to set a good example so that my students will follow rules.
I am a kiasu and kiasi investor, I want to preserve my good records.
I did well in 2020, I can afford to give this stock a miss.

Answer :
5,000 shares of Jaks at 0.64 = 3,200
8,000 shares of Jaks at 0.64 = 5,120
4,000 shares of Jaks-WC at 30% premium = 4,000(1.3*0.64-0.49) = 0.342*4,000 = 1,368
Total amount = 9,688
Less right issue at 0.22 = 8,000*220 = 1,760
Net amount = 7,928
Actual share price before right issue = 7,928/5 = 1.58.

2013 - 104% ROI - My total value is now RM 204,000.00.
2014 - 61% ROI - My total value is now RM 328,440.00.
2015 - 129% ROI - My total value is now RM 752,128.00.
2016 - 22% ROI - My total value is now RM 917,596.00.
2017 - 87% ROI - My total value is now 1,715,904.50.
2018 - (42%) ROI - My total value is now 995,224.60.
2019 - 175% ROI - My total value is now 2,736,867.60.
My ROI gain 2,637% in 7 years.
Is the above result bad ?
