But on the other had, their competitors are maxis, digi and many more big big sharks which already been well developed. Penetrating into the market is very hard and time consuming.

if privatization happen YTL shareholder will be biggest winner, thats why i pick YTL. They may offer high price to purchase enough voting power, but surely wont going to eat all with price more than Rm2. Believe or not, wait and see. Anyway, i guess not gonna happen so soon. 2 more years maybe.

Stop hoping for redistribution of purchased shares, they wont. YTL only hold 60%, mean 40% gonna distribute back to other ppl. How many epf got ar? Im pretty sure, they purchase own share to:

1. increase shareholding in ytlp flor future take over, redistribution back to shareholders can increase their shareholding.. But will dilute the EPS. Will they?
2. Reduce the effect of Power contract which to be ended on the year.

It's simple to understand my 2nd point, YTLP net profit keep on decreasing if you compare to previous quarter report. Just imagine next year power contract no more, how much it gonna effect on the net profit which already been decreasing?

Price maybe maintained, but chance to shoot up is less. Unless there is good news of YES making turn around this quarter, or they get big project, otherwise sharks wont goreng ytlp, but wb yes.
