gerrarddy ... look at the bright side. At least you don't have to top-up any money to cover the hole. I usually walk away from the screen when things go bad as the tendency to cut-loss is great. I was holding 100k shares at 1.42 when it started dropping below 1.20. I stayed away and played Tech stocks ... and when I came back today, magic happened. Almost back to my cost. Profits fromTech investment more than covered up the "hole" left behind by Careplus IF i had sold off at lows.
