Finally, Until now, we have PMX govt now, 2024 (before this new Johor wave started in 2023 after PMX formed new govt), hopefully everything goes well from now on. 🤞🙏

So, back to JJPTR's question ~ almost close to 2 decades ago, in that previous BULL of SJER, I guessed, most of the investors esply retailers were suffered huge losses for more than a decade (sad). Initial earnings were not sufficient to cover the loss after that. Sad, if it is true.

All investors must remember to lock profits and aim for other good FA and undervalued stocks instead, safer rather than chasing speculative stocks esply if it has already hit all time high price? Give it a miss ba, study FA and choose other undervalued stocks instead shd be safer. Earn less rather than can't eat can't sleep well, whole day long worrying, over weekends also worrying, go for holiday with beloved family also worrying about the market up and down...!!! Hmmm!!! Anyone had this kind of feeling before? I am sure that this is true and real. 😓

No doubt crocodiles love to play such a game which make use of IBs to raise new TP and new TP again and again. But all investors must not be greedy, this is crucial. All the IBs' research departments have been writing articles and Q up to post it to public at the right time, so that investors can read it and being influenced by those articles and continue to purchase those shares (crocodiles plotted).

Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCity) has failed in its bid to strike out a RM76.56 million lawsuit by Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) over alleged damage to the utility giant’s undersea cable in Johor. The High Court dismissed the applications by IWCity and its wholly-owned units, Tebrau Bay Construction Sdn Bhd and Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd, to strike out the suit and awarded costs of RM8,000 per application to TNB. As such, the case will proceed for a full trial. — TNB’s suit against IWCity over alleged damage to undersea cable to go to full trial

This is a goreng stock as it is related to KPRJ. And shares issued is much smaller than 8877, 900m vs 3b, and mkt float is low, easy to goreng although without solid QR & AR results. It is much depending on Johor future development and the use of land banks. If one is daring to fight, they cheong in and tag along with KPRJ and hope to get nice profits, if it is gorenging, one day can up 5c to 10c, quite gila. But, not for me already. Unless P8.03A settled then I may reconsider again, takut.... Hmmmn. My2c and may not be right, may ignore.

不过，如果我们认真考虑其它因素，例如，乘客量，马来西亚新加坡没中国那么多人口。每天来回吉隆坡新加坡(双坡)的乘客，这是个很大问题。然后，车费呢？一趟多少。。。当然HSR在中途还有停留很多个不同地方例如麻坡。。。不过，如果车费是每天来回的乘客，太贵的话就很吃力。如果乘客量不够大，价格也不够高，这样的话，50年可以回本吗？每天每个月每年都必须🈶Maintenance费用，工人费用，冷气和其它设施等等，费用不小。短期：好看不好吃。长期：也不懂好吃没有。😂🤣
