8877 & 1589 = Johor Theme Play, hihihi. Goreng stocks. High risk high gain/loss.

As mentioned before, 1589 is less fatty comprare to the other. Total share issued is smaller and the agong effect hence OP will do this bb easily and faster vs the other stock. Well, in all investment, we don't greedy and there is no regret. I bought 8877 at lower price but I took quite a handsome profit last week. Today it surged up so much again. But, we are safe isn't it. Thus, don't feel regret or own self is stp or whatever. As long as we are safe and gained some good ROI, that is good already. UncleFollower is great already, gained from 8877 is good too. 5148 is quite a high risk counter.

For land banks related stocks and future development in the state and with political stability, yes, so called Future RNAV will be the thing and point to let broker houses Research report to start to blowwater to lure investors to Cheong and trapped if share price is going cheong higher and higher, risk will be higher and higher if ones didn't lock profits. Invest with care. Avoid contra & speculate trades. Invest with own limited holding power & lock profit at the right time (quite hard to know the right time, but do remember that greed kills ya)

Fensiang, this counter is not that speculative if compare to 1589 & 8877 (Johor development news and land banks and new agong on board). But, one more good point to take note of is that, PMX is "reorganizing" something, or transformation... which includes changing the head of the GLIC. Recently, EPF head also had been changed. Other GLIC such as Khazanah and other also doing something on the Management side. Investment funds allocation from EPF to Bursa listed companied and overseas investment?

IMHO. If at this moment, I have selected 1651 is because one of the biggest reasons ~~~ laggard & rotational & undervalued play? Let's see what will happen to 1651 on coming Monday and Tuesday and hope that she will break out 0.50 and making 0.50 becoming a strong base from then on. If so, in near term, it should perform well and cope with 5148 & 8877. And, like our Kim says, 5398 may lead 1651 to surge too (construction index is still not performing as good as Property index, 20 vs 50pt in the past 5 trading days?)

凯，IMHO. 1651 is lower risk and less speculation than this 5148. If you think that high risk high gain is the one, then yes you may switch counter. Otherwise, 1651 may not be a bad choice to hold for investment despite this bb is slower than other counter like 5148. Your careful consideration is in challenge liao.
0.79-1.03=30%. Not bad for this ROI in just a few months.
