VIENNA (Reuters) - OPEC Secretary-General Mohammed Barkindo said he saw a total of 12 non-OPEC countries signing a declaration with OPEC to help curtail oil output and prop up prices in the first such move since 2001.
"For non-OPEC expect cuts of 600,000 barrels per day or more... This is a very historic meeting... This will boost the global economy and will help some OECD countries to reach their inflation targets," he told reporters on Saturday ahead of the meeting.

Now the sound look good for this counter, Hope Tuesday will fly high.

Investing.com - U.S. crude stocks fell more than expected in the latest week, official data showed Wednesday.
The EIA said crude inventories fell by 2.389 mn barrels after a drop of 884,000 barrels the previous week.
Crude inventories were forecast to fall by 1.032 mn barrels.
Gasoline stocks rose by 3.425 mn barrels after a hike of 2.097 mn the previous week.
Gasoline inventories were expected to rise by 1.948 mn barrels.
U.S. crude was off 1.71% at $50.06 after data release.

MOSCOW (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin personally agreed planned Russian oil output cuts based on a consensus he had reached with big oil firms about co-operating with OPEC, the Kremlin said on Wednesday.

"We already announced earlier that the theme of output cuts was agreed by the president with all the leading oil companies," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on a conference call.

"The president personally carried out those contacts and the decision was taken personally by the president on the basis of a consensus that was reached with the heads of the oil companies."

Peskov said every $5 increase in the price of oil meant extra income for the state budget as well as for Russian oil firms.

Panic sale oil just drop little people start trow the share, what kind of investor.

I not dare to sale my Hibiscus at this price, maybe last time sale and buy back but now I no need to worry about this counter. Today maybe drop but not only oil most of commodity down. Don't just hammer this stock only but at same time look at the other stock, many of them also crash. just look at SAM this counter give 40% dividend crash to 5.20 , look at Top Glove down, look all the share most of them down. for me Hibiscus is the best.

I put 80% for this counter.
