CT, me have concern 2... But I think they will use the rights issue $$$ ( more than 400 mil) to replace obsolute equipment. For markmore to raise capital to replace the mechanise is not easy and compare with rights issue with sumatec.. moreover i think markmore boh sufficent $$$. That's why HS aiming for listed company to venture and choose sumatec (which is PN17) because the cost to accuire the share is cheaper. And how he did it??? We can see from previous link at sumatec forum... for me, will wait till jan, q1 report out, q2 report out and q3 report out to decide invest more or reduce holding
