If you refer to today Bursa announcement, more than 95% of the right issue subscribed by the Directors and Kenyalang Property (11%), this is evident that the director is very confident with the company. This also explained today price is quite stable without the anticipated profit taking activities.

If bintai profit performance is consistent for the next few quarters, the warrant will deliver easily 500% - 1000% profit, look at Mitra-WC, used to be trading around 0.1, now almost RM1.

I will load more warrant tomorrow, downside risk for the warrant is very very minimum.

Receivable - 407 million
Payable - 168 million

This explain why they need such a high short term borrowing for cash flow. Hopefully the improved profit and the additional fund from the right issue will continue to reduce the debt. But this gearing ratio is actually one of my small concern on this counter.

I have started to collect big time on this counter on the current price. Don't big the boat for this counter that can deliver >100% profit.
