AWC設施方案透過文告說，建議全購的兩家公司分別是Qudotech私人有限公司及DD Techniche私人有限公司，前者業務是水管相關機械電子工程，後者則是機械工程承包商，包括設計雨水蓄集產品的導管與系統，也從事特殊水槽貿易業務。


AWC設施方案將以每股38仙指標價發行3千零65萬7千股新股（總值1千165萬令吉），外加1千485萬內部現金來融資上述收購計劃。
另外，賣方也為上述交易提供盈利擔保，承諾Qudotech及DD Techniche將在2016和2017財政年期間合計錄得780萬令吉淨利。
AWC設施方案指出，集團目前的核心業務包括工程與設備管理服務，但在完成上述收購後，集團將能借重於兩家公司的長處與技術，強化集團往後競標新計劃的競爭力。
截至目前，Qudotech共掌握價值6千611萬令吉訂單在手。
另一方面，AWC設施方案還建議設立佔總股本不超過15%的雇員購股計劃（ESOS），以強化雇員的參與感，並吸引和獎勵人才。（星洲日報／財經）
