IWH n IWCity can not merge and list..due to very poor cashflow, high debts and having Going Concern problem..Botak has no choice but to make full use of Eko n its cashflow to bring in IWCity and let IWH lists itself..perhaps without IWCity cashflow burden, iWH could make it.
