Some says the lands in Iskandar dont worth anything, so long Federal keeps up the budget for infra like high ways, bridges abd Johor Gomen keeps bringing in the giants from China, like the autocity n next Microsoft (announced in 2015) etc..you see the land worth or not...you reduce 50% of the valuation, it still worth RN2.50 lar..so buy buy buy..hehaha
