Boneka My friend from JB lives in Tmn Laguna, next to the 2 land parcels that Ekovest is acquiring. His neighbour is an earthwork contractor.
Way back in 2012, this contractor told my friend that he had seen the master plan whereby a bridge will be built to link Country Gdn on the opposite site to this 2 land parcels.

Needless to say, after the latest signing & HSR news, I am more convinced that the 2 parcels of land could be the future HSR Station for JB. It could be something like the Singapore's MBS concept complete with convention halls, shopping mall, hotel, financial centre & condos clustered together.


Boneka, i ever heard of this rumours before from one of my contractor friend, but that time najib mess up the whole things with issue 1mdb. Will this benefit to eko if the plan is truth ?

High speculation, too many contrarians, good prospect, new ipo, Bandar Malaysia signed, HSR, new contractor arms of PH goverment, time of digestion .. understand by yourself.

Ekovest becoming multi expert contractor now. Exploring tip top project HSR which might brought Eko to the next level. Meanwhile i don't know how low are they going to speculating, long term shouldn't be that bad. Ekovest will become top construction stock in 2022 by 5x increasing of their market cap from RM2B to RM10B.

I would says, construction of giant is in making, I believe eko market cap will exceeded 10b in years time.

Don't ever hope for limit up. Ekovest no longer like last time. BM is no longer fresh news. Don't begging for fast money from Tan Sri. One thing for sure is Ekovest and Iwcity got project BM. BM will definitely benefits Eko and IW. Every single dip will be a good buy for long term. Just my 2cents view.

Many people must feel confuse why the share price was dropped upon signing ceremony is done. Looks like foreign and local institution still not join the party yet. Shall wait and see

Finally BM has confirmed. 63% of stakes hold owned by Tan Sri Lim KH,
140b x 60% x 63% = 52.9b
Profit margin 10%
52.9b x 10% = 5.29b
Assuming complete this in 10 years time frame
5.29b / 10yrs = 529m profit in a year.

Additional 529m profit in coming future year, which has not include existing toll and other earning.

Anyone doubt on this?
