Technically, share prices are building a solid base above 100-d SMA (now at RM0.95). Actually when initially RI or Warren value can't same as mother one, if the price same, then nobody will buy it, and some are bonus issue, they wound't pay so high bonus for share holders.

like PUC-LA,

Ratio 2:1
So 0.10+0.05(2)=0.20
Then this RI value is 0.20.

Price now is 0.10+0.035(2)=0.17,
So the value now is 0.17
