good morning...klci...based on my med=long term chart analysis,the downleg from 1738 can be classified as sw1 of wave 5,a final downleg from 1867,which shud have a target at 1659(if it is Ssw5) or 1642(if it is wave C as many of u think it is).
Yesterday it tested res 1705 from low of 1685,didnt surprise me.If m rite that it still have a long way to go further south,the crucial res at 1718(clsg) shud hold for sw3 to unfold for test below 1685 towards the recent low at 1671 to complete its course,then follow by sw4(upward corrective leg) n sw5(the final downleg).Meanwhile lets c how far upward the tr from 1685 progresses over the next 2-3 trading days.

Jamie...its possible but it wud look more bullish if it stays abv 0.26.Trust me,u wont c 0.26..not b4 it makes another attempt to break 0.315 res which may hold due to our weak mkt.

Connie...when u trade in warrants or futures..always anticipate for wave 3 to develop u can jump in BIG for v short term.try not to touch it when it is abt to end or within consolidation phase on yr wave counts..

Good morning..klci..current downleg from 1717 is classified as wave sw3 of wave 5 from 1738,a final downleg which has yet to be seen completed.A relief tr shud be seen once it hits 1685-88 area but don't expect to c it breaking thru 1705 res over the short term.By the mid of next week u might c more interesting lower swings if 1705 remains a hard nut to crack from now n we cud c a new low,as low as 1759.If it happens,u can safely utilize 30 pct or more of yr money to buy for a stronger rebound.Its interesting to c if 1671,recent low,be broken below for the final bashing..be prepared.good luck.

mslee..long term chart shows potential of it testing abv 12.00,the final major upleg,Wave 5,from 9.00.Over the short term,there is 60-40 pct chance it will dip close to 10.00 where I believe its a good buy to hold for med-long term as I c 9.80-88 wud be a strong supp.

2bits..if u look at the oil price movements over the decade,it normally weakens around this time of the year.This time it becomes more obvious for it to move lower with Iran final deal on nuclear program in the coming days.yes,we wont c a tr until it hits juz close to 52 dlrs or until the deal is closed.

2bits..re Shanghai Comp.index...u r rite its in sw3 of 3 within major Wave A corrective mode n we have to c Wave B(T/R) n C(continuation of major downtrend) over the short-med n med long term respectively..A minimum test at 3576 is expected from now n the final tp can be expected to be hit at 3380 or 3022 within Wave A.
