Only final interim dividend needs approval.
ignissimia Issuing of a dividend requires shareholders' approval. Sharehders must be given a reasonable advance notice to attend an EGM to this end. There isn't much time left.

ignissimia One-off gains to be booked in the 3Q18 financial report; $231m for 25% Expedia and around $800m for AAC (approx 80% transaction completed).
Operational profits maybe $100 to 200m, allowing for a hostile quarter.

Budget carrier AirAsia announced a partnership with Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) to build up its brand loyalty.
The regional carrier, which operates a local unit called Philippines AirAsia, teamed up with RCBC to launch the AirAsia credit card in the Philippines.
Perks include bonus points for AirAsia members and free priority check in, boarding and baggage services for flights.
“With AirAsia credit card, we are providing amazing opportunities and exclusive privileges for every guest to create memorable travel experiences whether they are on ground shopping, dining or flying to AirAsia destinations,” Dexter Comendador, Philippines AirAsia CEO, said in a statement.
“Travel is one of the top categories of spend among Filipino cardholders. Based on Visa’s data, close to 10 percent of Visa total spend is on air tickets. With this credit card product, Filipinos can enjoy flight fares at competitive prices and the travel benefits that come along with it,” Stuart Tomlinson, Visa country manager for the Philippines and Guam, said in the same statement.

Related: Does The U.S. Really Need Saudi Oil?
The investment bank said that its expectation that prices will recover could be wrong due to two factors. First, the global economy could enter a downturn and demand collapses. Or, OPEC+ decides not to cut at all at the upcoming meeting, which leads to a significant supply glut heading into 2019.
Looking out over the next year, OPEC+’s problems get even trickier. They could decide to flood the market, which would likely crash prices, but that would crush their own budgets. Meanwhile, U.S. shale is poised to add a flood of new supply next year. As Bloomberg notes, the shale industry has already vastly exceeded expectations in 2018, and shale companies have not slowed down. They are drilling new wells now, but only completing some of them. E&Ps are keeping some wells uncompleted, awaiting new pipelines in 2019. When those projects come online, another wave of fresh supply could be unleashed. “We’re going to see a re-acceleration of well completions in the Permian in the second half of 2019,’’ Corey Prologo, head of oil trading in Houston at commodity merchant Trafigura Group Ltd., told Bloomberg. “The pipelines are going to fill up very quickly.’’
OPEC+ could decide to cut output in December to stop the slide in oil prices. But their task gets no easier as we head into 2019.
