yuanlong57, yes, i m very crazy on mulpha with my effort to try to accumulate as many as mulpha shares below 50 cents now. I might not the biggest holder in mulpha in this forum but i m sure i m the one who is so crazy on mulpha after calvin in this forum. I said before will add more if price fall below my average cost 0.46, but recently,price of mulpha is hovering around 0.47 to 0.48. So, i have decided to add more mulpha shares since my fund is really after disposing some profitable counters. If possible, i will place another 1000 lots totaling 3500 lots this week if opportunity appears.

It is better for mulpha share price moving up slowly but stably.

I think cheap sale is over, I am queeing 0.46 200 lots but think today unable to get it.

This coming quarterly report will show some clues about their business direction.

Today queed 0.455 but unable to match, i think currently 0.46 show a strong support. Think may need to put extra 0.005 in order to get it.

Good indications as more contracts are awarded. Since SKP price has skyrocketed, VS will follow it too soon.

cindelala, I think most of the investor who bought yilai is due to its stable dividend given. I really enjoy collecting its dividend n happy to be one of yhe shareholder. anyway, lets observe.

I see more and more forumers have joined in this Mulpha topics. why, very easy, more and more people have discovered the instrinsic value of Mulpha. Of course, I dont deny Muloha does have some weakness as we have discussed above. As in investment reality, if we have 90% confidence and can sleep well after buying. it is considered as good investment. of course, if u want to sleep 100% nicely, then put your money in fd. what I can say is investment in mulpha, we have minim. risk but potential unlimited profit.

With the newly revised OPR, home borrowers need to pay around additional 3% on the servicing loan. If RM 1000 p/month will need to pay RM1030. To be honest, 3% increment will be quite significant for loan borrowers. However, I must state that 3% increment for those leisure farm buyer will have less or event no effect at all cos those buyers who bought bungalow are rich people who have strong holding power. So, basically, I would say very little effect. Price of Mulpha today hit 0.46, for those weak hand, sure will dispose it asap. However, long term investor will definitely see this as an opportunity to accumulate. As I said before, I will keep buying if fall below 0.46 which is below my average price.

Today closed at 0.47 and lowest 0.465. As I stated before, those weak hand or speculators who bought at 0.455 and 0.46 has started to dispose their shares as price is not moving up but down as they thought price will go above 0.50. Anyway, I will hold my shares tightly. Explaination from dgtalkid is really good, why should we lose confident when we know the true and instrinsic value of Mulpha. I will add more if price of Mulpha falls lower than my average price around 0.46 as my fund is ready after selling some of my profitable counters.

Correction mood now. Those weak hand will try to dispose some since they anticipated that price of mulpha will break 0.50 but in fact not. thus, may dispose all or some to keep some little profit. Anyway, those mulpha supporter will know its true value. I am selling my other profitable counter and will add more if the price reaches below my average price. I am very sure I will do it cos I m really crazy on Mulpha now.

I think the best time to cash out is when most of the what so called professional analysts start promoting how good the counter is. normally, I find it really works. I might not sell the highest but surely will make the profit if sell it whrn the price hit record high each time. But, the most important in buying n selling is "trend". angry bird is so normal but founder know how to create trend in order to make everybody is so crazy on it. that's my way of investing.

I like Mulpha to increase slowly but steadily instead of skyrocket. Now, actually, Mulpha indirectly telling you u to buy the shares as early as possible. with 0.05 cent increment this few days, telling you your entry cost will be 0.05 cheaper than today. so, the earlier you buy, the more u get the discount. Like what I said earlier, just enjoy buying a piece of small bungalow land in leisure farm at early bird discount and will be rewarded soon.

Normally at the end of August. I view this quarter very significant whether I still want to hold yilai or not cos normally interim dividend will be declared. If financial result is good but no dividend is declared, I might start disposing my holding to add more to my new favourite Mulpha.

I think insider still want to collect cheap around this price level. those with holding power definitely see this as opportunity to add more. Of course, those been trapped for years might see this as opportunity to sell as they might feel invest in others may create more value. Anyway, must have some like to eat apple but some don't. Just believe what you believe.

I really don't have any idea. I just think buying a plot of bungalow land in leisure farm and waiting for its appreciation. If you buy a bungalow land 5500 sf will cost u RM1.1 million. hi calvin, from focus malayisa saying that Mulpha remains 242.8 ha in leisure farm for development which is translated to around 600 acres. 600 *43560*RM200=5.27 billions (land only) Conservatively I assume Mulpha remain this asset only and the rest asset to offset its liability. At currently, Mulpha worth at least 5.22b/2.13b shares (less treasury shares) = RM 2.45/shares. Currently , with the price of 0.455, worth to add more. I just sold my other counters and queeing 0.455 120,000 shares today. Hopefully, Mulpha will help me to earn some money.

today sin chew newspaper reported that ipmuda price has skyrocketed so high in this few days is believed as two plot of golden lands in kl. SAb also like this n price skyrocket. I think one day speculator may create the same topic to speculate mulpha . Patience is needed.

Actually,part of the reason I bought Mulpha is it is holding about 22% of mudajaya. I am also holding mudajaya and just now mr koon just said 1st power plant will be lauched somewhen around end of july. since I like mudajaya at the same time found mulpha has a big land bank in leisure farm, I can take this opportunity to hold this 2 counters. who knows maybe 1 day mulpha will be discovered at the same time power plants in india will be really launced.

Feel like Mulpha is really under value, buying quee is getting more and more @ 0.45. Ok, sold my other counter and queeing another 60000 shares. If matched, total 110,000 shares for today.
