Bambino..government is seriously running out of money due to oil price falling, I foresee many non critical projects will be put on hold. So watch out, the "1000 towers" mentioned in budget might not be materialized in short future.

1) Oil price : How does it impact Hovid business? It should be slightly positive due to cost saving in transportation & raw material.

2) Strong USD and weak RM: This should be good for export business, unless most of the raw material are imported from other country. Anyone has clue?

3) Overall consumer market spending down: People still sick and need medicine, right?

From logic senses, I don't see Hovid business under threat, I see 2015 still good for Hovid with the new plant complete to fill its ordering backlog.

Fundamental is good but be careful government might limit its expenditure budget on development project, which may impact PTARAS future prospect in near term.

Kukuman, I'm not able to time the market and I understand very less people able to do so. There are many different opportunities in the market, so the decision is to let go base on current market sentiment, I will not regret even it bounce back tomorrow. ;)
