From SC webpage, it says "Corporations seeking listing on the Main Market must allocate at least 12.5% of their enlarged issued and paid-up share capital to Bumiputera investors." and I didn't see any other Bumi substantial shareholder from OCK top 30 shareholder list so that 12.5% limit could be right.

Based on the last notice of shareholding change, LTAT still holding 15.35%, so the sell down could end any point of time in September. They are going to have EGM on 2nd Sept next week so the price should stable down at this level (I hope).
