Bro Reyes430:usually market will 'down or collapse' when PM/president announce the resolve of parliment for GE. This happen due to big investor cash in & stay out side until they get a clear picture which party will form new government.
After GE and new government form( don't mind which group is form the government) the market will start to move up ward to again.
** this is only a theory..But it sometimes happened in most of the world..
