Based on Management's QR briefing, WCT is moving to improve the construction margin with RM 5 bil order book. Expecting 2017 get RM2bil new job. WCT is talking to a fund and a reits to sell 2 of the malls for RM1.2b+++ to degear... BUY on weakness...

For more clearer picture as how the management will settle the cash flow issue, we need to wait for the management's QR financial briefing these 2 days...

Desmond always has big and strategy partner for all his big project, e.g. pavillion partner Kuwait Finance house and Damansara city with Canadian Pension Fund.. As fund, i look at fundamental, the company's jobs is picking up momentum with record book order of RM4bil... Once the cash flow issue is settle... Value emerge..

As an fund or investors, i always look at fundamental, figures and justifications. Looking at WCT, the main concern is the short term CASH FLOW issues, NOT the fundamental. In term of jobs and assets, WCT's book order is historical high of RM4b+ order.. ASSEST includes malls and lands.. ONCE the "cash flow issue" is settle, the value of WCT will emerge..

Wait for the analyst report on this QR... U will see and know what i mean,,,,
