(ii) company management do not care, let it expire out of money, salcon fall below 75cents, so you don't need to put in RM150k into the company, good for you, but you burn RM3000 on your 2000 lots of 1.5cents salcon-wa

scenario 1 is more likely, better avoid

for eg, share price at 13cents= RM1.30, and owners change at RM1.50? come on la, the cronies would have gone to support the price above RM1.50, minimum also RM2, mind you there are rights issue at par RM10cents, so original shares should not be lower than 20c

20+10/2 = 15cents

you will buy back higher, james.. this is an undervalued counter, rnav of above RM3.50, you buy now only 33% of its RNAV

GOB - 40% of RNAV
SBC - 35% of RNAV

I hold these 3 stocks together, i can sleep well, knowing they are deeply undervalued and all of them will have property launching this year !
