u measure a company based on customer service ? try call maxis bimb affin and if go by your logic, all company are useless and only good custimer service company is good.

EGM on 27th july....can expect the price goes up till that , and after 27th merger will happen and it can go above rm1 when MIDF acquisition completed

whoever that is substantial sharholders can call up EGM...whether they will succeed in the resolution or not is the question

no need think...read the quaterly and annual report...if karim has sold his shares , annoucement would have out that substantial shareholder has bought / sell shares...read...baca bhai

karim himself holds almost 22-25 % of the shares and he will definitely back tthe current BOD , the current BOD needs only another 25% of shares to stays on...those who called the EGM only has less than 15% shares , plus with retail holders like + those who unable to make it to EGM etc , doubt they can outst the current BOD...if cant pass the resolution in the EGM , the price will back to 12 cent in 2 days.

Shares for EGM will be counted only as of 21st June..so chances it will waterfall after 21st is very high as those shares bought after 21st won’t be eligible to be counted during EGM..be carefull
