I think the people's reception over the result was overacted as the profit for the current year quarter (RM1,647,366) was also good although it was lesser than the preceding year corresponding quarter (RM1,746,343) but still better comparing with the current year previous quarter (RM1,575,531). I'm very confident that Maybank will continue to make good profit n rewards the shareholders with good dividends. Trade at own risk.

Don't be scared lah, very normal lah becos people just taking advantage of a slightly lower profit to push down the price. Moreover it is still on the plus side n also still giving us dividend. I've already kept this counter for about four years n still continue accumulating the shares whenever I've excess fund n find it rewarding. Ups n downs r very normal in shares trading. True, all the cases have already been known by Mr. Koh during his time as director of the company n yet he kept on buying/accumulating the shares even at a high price because he knew that the material litigation is not serious. My opinion only. Trade at own risk.
