The company needs more capital for investment n expansion n therefore calls for this rights issue. Madam Tan also gives us the assurance that she'll take up all the unwanted rights which is very good n I think this is the cheapest way to get capital n also gives the shareholders the chance to participate. I'm holding only 150,000 shares, although small, n will take up the rights. This is my opinion only. Trade at own risk

junior10, if she read 'HS is going to pay for the purchase via cash n shares' she shouldn't have sold her shares so early as HS is sure to push the price up so that when calculate the number of shares to be issued it'll be based on the current value of the shares.............share value high then the number of shares to be issued will be lesser.
