Orson Chin, earlier u said TP 1.40 n now u ? 1.60 n I think 1.50 is reasonable.

I thought of going into this counter but I noticed that the PE is around 20 n their annual report for 2012 was very impressive with so many projects many of which r already in progress n some r almost completed. U try to go to their Annual Report 2012 n see n give me ur opinion which I can share with n make my decision. Ipomember if possible I also need ur opinion. Thanks to both of you. Net Asset per share 74 sen higher than share price n so far also has been making profit. Will keep the shares as investment if the counter is not heading north.

Sephiroth u r correct, I also bought Maybank in March 2009 at RM4.30 n rights was at RM2.74 n still keep 100 lots from the stocks, hoping that the share price may go up to RM15.00.

I'm still keeping the shares I bought at 58 sen n 98 sen n off course recently I've bought some at RM2.11 - 2.15. Good luck to all.

Not at all, just encourge the members not to be too concern in this counter as it is a good company. Next year with the inclusion of income from the sales of the shop houses in JB the profit will be very good. What do u think Fat Cat Tim?

Why suddenly heavy selling at 10.5 sen causing the drop?

This company can effort to give dividend although 1.5 sen is still ok as it shows that the company still make profit. According to reports the company needs further capital probably to take up bigger projects. That is good for the company.

Don't worry sephiroth, the share price will fly north tomorrow. I think i'll get back my tuition fees from this counter. Tq anyway for ur concern.

Abudance, ya it's true but I think if they still want to list the company, they'll support to a certain limit n then slowing sell some when the price has gone up. When they think that the price has stabilized then they can wait n see n let the market forces take over. I hope I'm not wrong.

Everyday's transaction is not heavy n with the directors' support anytime the small volume can be easily absorbed by them n this can easily push the price up. If I got the fund I'll everyday collect the shares as this is my favourite counter for investment.

What I noticed every 2 months it drops 15 sen until finish delisted.

Jonnyk, u r correct, the counter turned quiet active n went up 28 sen. If followed u during ur post would have made at least 15 sen. Tq anyway.

That's the amount of par value of SGD0.001 stated in the format when Chan Fung disposed 120 millions shares in CSL. The par value is less than 1 SG cent.

The par value of CSL is SGD0.001 each, is it correct? If so, why the counter still command such a high price?

If they've been keeping for so long why can't they wait a little longer n can benefit more. After all they can't lose much as the least they still will get RM1.68 from the offer price. Much to gain with the coming of dividend.
