VIVOCOM on healthy consolidation, and expected to rebound and fly higher soon

The share price has gone up in the last two weeks to high of 15.5sen, broke above long-term downtrend line. This is positive sign that the share price has bottomed out from downtrend. It then retraced to low of 13.5sen of late, yet, still above the downtrend line.

Its NOT a panic selling. It is just retailers and irrational investors reaction for profit taking and sell-off. But nothing to be worried. In fact, volume on downward price reaction was relatively smaller. It means that there is no selling pressure at all. There is still an upleg and it is still long way to go.

The price is now on Wave 2, a healthy correction and consolidation before continuing to the next upward level. That will be Wave 3. The consolidation or wave 2 wont take longer than 3 weeks, remaining days left between today and next week.

It means the Wave 3 or share price will fly higher from anytime now!

Parallel with Wave direction, the price is forming Flag pattern. Based on this pattern, it indicates bullish continuation pattern. So, upward remains intact despite testing support of 13.5sen. Target price can be calculated, which the Wave 3 target price is at 18.0sen.

Other indicators also indicate positive signal. MACD is still above zero line and has not made any downward crossover yet.

Chaikin money flow also above zero line. Meaning that, inflow of money to the stock earlier still not out yet even though there is slight downward but it is not intense.

The positive sign of share price could mean all negative news of the stock have been priced in. It can be seen that the price has broken above long-term downtrend line, meaning that it is clearly positive uptrend and the share price is now on an upward trajectory.

This could be supported by improving its fundamental outlook and prospect to secure more jobs soon. ECRL and Gemas JB projects will balloon its orderbook to historic high, based on my own view below!

Conservatively, near term TP, 18sen; second TP - 20.5sen - holding period between now and in August 2017. The stock could make a comeback to its last high of 30sen.

Estimating TP for WB: 9sen, WC & WD: 11sen based on mother TP of 18sen. It should be higher when mother fly further to 20.5sen and 30sen. Just look at their historical trend.
