Telecommunication software player Nexgram Holdings Bhd announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Nextnation Network Sdn Bhd had signed a share sale agreement with Power Solution Group Ltd to acquire 186,000 shares or 18.6% stake in Godynamic Investments Ltd for RM18.53 million cash.

The acquisition will increase Nextnation’s stake in Godynamic to 69.6%, from 51% currently.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia this evening, Nexgram (fundamental: 2.1; valuation: 1.7) said the acquisition of the stake was based on the future prospects and potential earnings of Godynamic, stemming from the service agreement that its 84%-owned subsidiary PT Flower Star Media had signed with Small Guard Inc on March 20, 2015.

Buy, buy, buy. See whether I can make some money tomorrow or have to hold until next week. Sure up next week.

Still no sign of an up trend. Look at wb and wc. Both still in selling mode and no volume. As long as it remain this way this share is unlikely to trend up.

If this counter is hopeless how come I can't buy any at 0.055 despite key in to buy every day recently?

Big players have been playing this share between .15 and .165. Base on 20% discount the RI should be around .13

I think must wait until Wb/Wc got big volume before can go up. If goreng up its much easier to push Wb/Wc.

Daya's price cannot go up as long as the price fixed for the rights issue is not completed. They will press down the price to around 0.20 so that the rights price will be 0.16. After the announcement of the rights price then only will the share price shoot up in December.

Dead or dying. This share no more hope. All the sharks have eaten full and gone. Sad.

Still doesn't look promising chart wise. Hope tomorrow can at least close above 0.16 to make it more attractive.

I think the rights issue price will be 0.16. That means they will push the price down to 0.2.
