Is just turning from bear to bull. And many months of accumulations. See the indicators and you will know. Earnings moving to elevated level. Even if you backload the entire conversion of PA, the shares base is not high.

It has been a very long time that Bioalpha is fully traded by retailers. Last time was somewhere in Jul 2020. Without this, is very hard for it to move. Need to wait the next catalyst. Perhaps, good results. Just my 2 cents view.

New cases in UK have gone down from 68,053 on 8 January 2021 to 16,840 new cases per day on 2 February 2021. More than 10 million UK citizens have been vaccinated or 10% of the 100 million of people that have been vaccinated. At least 2 million vaccinations per day and by the start of summer end of June 2021, 50 million or 75% of UK citizens would be vaccinated. By summer, UK would be amongst the first country in the world to be free from Covid-19.

A headwind to OCK with military staged a coup and declared state of emergency today. In Myanmar, OCK owns over 900 towers (almost 1/4 of its total towers). The group has more than 500 telco sites outstanding in its order book. OCK could face delays in completing its towers in the pipeline and possible collection issues, amidst the state of emergency

Partnership with Boxed is good news. First, they can tap into B2B, utilising Boxed’s infrastructure by selling to enterprises and even large families. Second, they can ramp-up the development of AEON’s virtual mall that caters not only for AEON’s retail business but also for its 4,000 tenants. In essence, this partnership is a game changer to AEON into their virtual mall and B2B market. Boxed is very credible, with proven business model in this area.
Covid creates a lot of headwinds to AEON, especially on the reduced rents collected from all its assets and reduction in footfall especially during CNY festive season. But AEON being the biggest retailer doesn’t wait but rather keep innovating and forged strategic partnership to grow its businesses. AEON has proven that its businesses will continue to grow once the dust is settled.

As from the letter dated 2 October 2020 to Eco World Development Group Berhad sent by UEM Group, it was stated in one the conditions precedent that the Proposed Merger conditional upon the shareholders agreement entered between Tan Sri Dato' Liew Kee Sin ("TSDLK"), Eco World and Guocoland Limited amongst other their shareholdings in EWINT being terminated, becoming ineffective, amended ot waived in order for them to participate in the Proposed Merger
It means now that the major shareholders solidify their commitments to continue to grow the business of EWINT

I can tell you some of my investments in the past, I experienced prolonged drought. Maybe up to 3 years, without any capital appreciation. Some in deep red. But once time is right, they turned out not only a turnaround counter but a multibaggers.

Its share price of the Company has been on downtrend due to multiple whammies; possibility of Brexit with no deal, delays in handover of projects, disappointment of financial results, recent merger between UEM – EcoWorld that might affect its shareholding structure, delays of dividend declaration and uncertainties of new projects and prospects going forward. However, it doesn't mean that Ewint is not doing well. It is delaying its fruit harvesting event to a year later.

The best is yet to come. The devil is in the detail. First they secured RM1.4 bil of sales for FY20, with RM448 mil sales for Q4 2020, being their strongest quarterly sales. This affirms the growing demand for properties in UK despite of Brexit. For FY21, projected sales of RM2.2 bil (57% higher than FY20) will be added to future revenue.
And with completion of Yarra One by Q1 21, bulk of portfolio of projects in the pipeline as stated in the IPO back in 2017 have been completed. Next quarter, solely on Yarra One, Ewint will recognise RM728.3 of revenue and approximately RM100 mil of profit. Including other handovers from its existing UK projects it is going to achieve one of the highest profits ever.

The uptrend is intact. Yesterday selling volume was the same as earlier 3 trading days volumes combined. It was a healthy correction. This is not a trading counter and minimum fair value for this counter is at IPO price of RM1.20.

BeCalm-The Company didn't do any corporate exercises to split its share base since IPO. If u never average your price than the only possible reason it was due to migration to another trading account. During the migration, the cost will automatically set at the date of migration. Tq

U cannot look much into the write-ups by the Company. You cannot get anything at all. But gauge its prospects by looking into its business model, collaborations, business partnerships and numbers. Numbers tell u a million words. It will tell you the brightness of its story

Need to look into other growing areas of tech like IoT, Big Data and ERP. The business model for ARB is unique as they position themselves with SMEs, forming a JV co and getting % of their revenues
