Stock raider must be his low paying marketing executive to manage the CEO image in i3 forum. Sadly, how come someone like him know that the CEO is creative, intelligent, innovate & integrity. Need to talk facts and figures and not coming out with your assumptions. So far the CEO is getting pay blindly just like a puppet by owner since so far no positive developments in the Company. Probably, just like acting CEO till the owner get a capable one. Don't talk cock here

Personally, the CEO of the Company needs to have an industrial experience and track record in managing the similar business. I don't understand why the owner hired this guy and subsequently, the Company was badly managed. Anyway, he is more of sales guy in the investment bank. Doing more of talking more than execution from the all the researches that i did in his linked-in. From the last quarter results, almost RM50 to RM60 mill was invested to quoted shares. Come on, this is not a fund management company and in the past the Company did badly in few of their investments. He should concentrate to expand on the resin business than putting all the cash in the quoted investments. All these are the money of the shareholders.

I do not think Tune makes money money out of motor insurance policies. their customers services are horrible (just google and check their reviews) and the claims are very troublesome. Personally, Etiqa insurance did very well in this motor insurance sector and customer services top notch

there are many companies like that, talk big here and there. Big projects, prospects but cannot see profitability. It is our responsibility to raise our concerns to those non-performing management team. Same as what the new government doing on those heads of GLCs

we can deny that OCK indeed did badly. Ventured into Vietnam, than Myanmar, Philippines etc. Than said will build recurring income, build how many towers. But where are the profits, recurring incomes. Always make many reasons to justify on non-performing performance. In the coming AGM, as shareholders let's raise our concerns to them. This company loves to talk a nice growth story but all indeed as good as fairy tales. I don't blame those promoters as they are not the insider and believe all their hearts and souls on this Company and hoping it will perform. But the management seriously need to start focusing on on profitability growth and not building building but no profits.

i admitted i lost in OCK-wa. my cost is 26 cents but i learned to move on. so far i don't see the need to top-up cause profitability growth is not there.

I believe SOS will understand how the share price of OCK will move. not on no. of towers, not on JV, not on revenue but growth in profitability. All those no. of tower, JV, partnerships or revenue are vanity but profits are sanity. We need to show good growth in profitability

so far all the growth in profitability is just a small incremental. that's why even market bullish, this counter will still sleep

this company only can go up not because of expansion in number of towers. the only way this share price to go up is showing good growth in results. high profitability. that's the only way !

Vietnam power plant business profitable due to accounting but cash flow? Outflow but no inflow till completion which will take years. All these what they tell u! Judge, judge

@sosfinance - When u consider the repayments of the borrowings in the future basically the current EBITDA is not sufficient. The repayments will come later depends on how the terms negotiated in their loan facilities. EBITDA of RM100-RM120 mill for now is merely a projection but it will change from time to time. We need to take account of rising staff cost (incl. high directors packages in relative to the profitability). In summary, we need to consider few factors (i) whether they can achieve the profitability and cashflow that they projected (ii) future repayments of the loans (iii) how they can contain the rising staff cost. So far, these cause some worries. Hopefully, they can do something about these

But OCK is not Alibaba, Amazon or Google. Investors willing to throw money to these founders these companies even is just ideas. Just ask any investors outside and u will know.

@VF Trader - Not that CMY didn't want to invest in Alibaba but because it was not his core expertise investing in companies like Alibaba. Khazanah has a big team evaluating many corporate proposals for startups / tech companies at the same time. Khazanah invested at later stage because they finally saw the traction and profitability from the Alibaba's business model.

I went and asked the fund managers during the dinner time. When i quoted OCK to them, they said don't like because this Company basically just burning money. Growth is good but profitability and cashflow is a must. The founder of this Company basically because of his ego just wanted to spend like nobody business
